The large-scale maltodextrin spray drying system developed by Boda Company: the water evaporation per hour is 6000KG, and the daily output of maltodextrin is 200t; The unique process is adopted to purify the high-temperature tail gas (with a temperature of about 90 ℃) and recover the waste heat, which is used to preheat the incoming tower air. The steam consumption in the spray drying process (annual average) can be reduced by more than 30%; The product has regular particle size, high density, and good solubility.
Working principle
The high pressure generated by the high-pressure pump is used to atomize the material into mist like droplets through the atomizing nozzle and spray them into the drying chamber. The droplets come into direct contact with filtered hot air and quickly evaporate the water in the droplets, drying them into small particle dry materials.
This equipment is suitable for drying various thermosensitive materials, such as maltodextrin, oligosaccharides, dairy products, soy protein and other products. It has the advantages of high drying efficiency and maintaining the effective ingredients of the materials from being destroyed. It is currently the preferred equipment for drying and milling the above-mentioned materials.
